Whilst digging through the boxes I have still not fully unpacked, I found a copy of By The Way by the Chilli Peppers, not in it's original box and I'm pretty sure it's not mine.

Does anyone remember lending it to me?

If you do, I'll give it back. If not, I'm quite happy to keep it :)

procrastinate!
I went into the T-mobile shop in Ipswich the other day, trying to see if I could get a cheap contract (Tmob are the only provider to actually provide a signal in the new house).

Denied.

The cheapest they had was £20 a month, and that's too much for me at the mo. They won't be changing their offers until the end of next month either, so I'm going to have to wait till then and see if they've got anything cheaper.

In the meantime, I am still pretty much unreachable by mobile while I'm at home. Hanging out the window to get a message sent is not my idea of fun.

Doesn't it make you feel warm inside that Ipswich is on the national news again?

me - smut fairy
Being home for the week is a bit strange.

I've been rearranging furniture (finally got it all in the right place in my room. I think...) and generally settling into the new house. This is the first time I've spent more than two nights here, so it's still a little odd.

I've been doing plenty of gaming, which I have missed greatly, and I've been catching up with friends whilst doing it which is also good.

And I've just booked my ticket for the Eastern Angles Christmas play. Hopefully. Haven't had booking confirmation yet.

There was a little confusion between my parents, since Mum's tickets were arranged by her am dram society, so she had no conttol over when they were booked for. Consequently, they were booked for before I get back from uni. Dad assumed I was going with Mum, so didn't ask me if I wanted to go, so booked his tickets for after I go back to uni. Fortunately Stu and Abi are going when I am here, and I've booked my ticket for the same night as them. Fingers crossed.

Also, I'm feeling a little cut off, since the broadband still isn't working here, so all we have is dial up, and my phone has no signal (the one bad thing I've found about Grundleburgh). But hey, we have electricity and heat, so all is good :)
